Shipping costs & convenience
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $35, because your satisfaction knows no bounds! For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use USPS Ground Advantage to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

When to expect your handmade treasures
Once you place your order, here are our estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Preorders: Items marked as preorder will have extended processing times. Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

Where we ship imperfect soap
We proudly ship to all US Domestic states, excluding US territories. International shipping is subject to approval and will depend on the cost per size and weight. For international orders, the buyer will be responsible for custom duties and any extra fees.
Damages, issues & hassle-free returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at angiemesick7@gmail.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
